The Madison College Foundation announces a historic milestone in student support. During the 2024–2025 academic year, the foundation awarded a record $2.4 million in scholarships to Madison College students.

A total of 2,261 scholarships were awarded, with the average award amounting to $1,260. This represents a 28% increase in scholarships awarded compared to the previous academic year and reflects the highest volume of applications the foundation has ever received.

These awards directly support students in achieving their academic and career goals, helping reduce financial barriers and allowing them to focus more fully on their education.

“This incredible milestone reflects the generosity of our donors and the strong commitment of the Madison College community to student success,” said Tammy Thayer, CEO of the Madison College Foundation. “Our vision is that no student be denied an education due to financial barriers, and we’re honored to support so many deserving students as they pursue their dreams.”

The Madison College Foundation remains dedicated to expanding scholarship opportunities, supporting students with emergency grants, and being a key partner in empowering Madison College students to remain enrolled and fulfill their educational and career ambitions.
